EventLAB is passionate about building community through live events. We work with some of BC’s most iconic events, and know it is more important than ever to reimagine how we bring people together and create moments that last.

EventLAB‘s work is focused on building capacity within the arts and cultural sector. We help create incredible live, virtual, and pre-recorded experiences in all types of venues, across multiple platforms, with all sizes of budgets. EventLAB produces sustainable and economically viable events that connect people and are inclusive of underrepresented communities.

Founders Eduardo Ottoni and James Ong have been Event Producers, Production Managers, Technical Directors, and Health & Safety Managers for over 20 years in arts and culture communities.

Our clients include longstanding cultural icons such as the VSO, Vancouver International Jazz Festival, 2010 Cultural Olympiad, Vancouver Pride, Granville Block Party, Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival, Liven UP – Coal Harbour, 5X Festival, Blueprint, Lumiere YVR, the City of Burnaby Deer Lake Concerts, BC Culture Days, Writers Festival, Vancouver Fringe Festival, Music on Main, Vancouver Chamber Choir, Elektra Women’s Choir, PuSh Performing Arts, Cellar Jazz, West Vancouver Community Arts Council, and the Coalition for Music Education in BC—all of whose mandates are focussed on developing and celebrating arts and music in BC.
